Explorer Raft And Snorkel Tour

Tour ID: KNPE-31
Duration: 4.5 Hours
Location: Waimea, Kauai
Leaves from: Kikiaola Harbor in Waimea, Kauai

While vacationing in Hawaii why not take an exhilarating adventure to the Na Pali coast? On the first part of the tour you will watch as the beautiful ocean views roll by Waimea. Also see one of the longest white-sand beaches of Hawaii. Go past the oldest sugar town in the city, and then on out to Polihale State Park. The Na Pali coast is the next stop which boasts huge sea cliffs and gorgeous hanging valleys. To insure that you wont miss a thing while taking your tour, the captain of the boat will be narrating the whole thing. You will then be taken into the sea caves and past the waterfalls to reach Kalalau.

Following that, you will take the boat back to Nu'aola Kai to continue with your adventure. Enjoy hiking and exploring the many archaeological remains that can still be found from an old fishing village. You are allowed to swim around the area, as well as snorkel on the reef in crystal-clear blue waters. See the huge variety of fish and coral reefs that can be seen through the waters.

Tours depart both in the morning and in the afternoon. A continental breakfast is provided in the morning of juices, coffee and pastries. Each tour will have lunch for its guests, which will be deli-style sandwiches, potato chips and cookies and a large variety of drinks (non-alcoholic). The tour also provides their guests with top of the line snorkel gear and instructions on how to use them.

The Na Pali Explorer Snorkel tour is not recommended for kids who are five and under, or pregnant women. It is recommended to bring along a towel, swimming gear, sunscreen and a camera. The entering of the caves and beach landing will be affected by the weather.
